PRE-ORDERS
We will post items that are set to ship either this month or the following month up for Pre-Order. Please note that Estimated Delivery/Ship dates are subject to change. Also note that without warning our distributors can place items on Backorder, Cancel or Push the date back.
Our promise to you is that we will communicate with you throughout the process. When the item is on its way to us and when we can get more specific with a shipping date, you will be the first to know.
More importantly, YOU CAN CANCEL FOR A FULL REFUND at any point prior to shipping. In the event that an item ends up going on BACKORDER from our distributors we will issue you a FULL REFUND at that point. This DOES NOT happen often, but it absolutely can happen. (There is a huge difference between an item getting delayed and an item getting put on BACKORDER but typically that is the indication that we will not be receiving that item, especially regarding Exclusives).
