Damage Description - front panel bottom right corner very minor wear. back panel has a few very minor nicks along the seam.

Ed Note - I personally got this autograph. Though I had my own markers and was going to go for a red autograph, Mr. Welling also had his own markers and signed this with a black marker. Without me saying anything he signed it again with a light blue marker on the side of the box (he knew, I knew, but are you going to really tell Tom Welling he used a wrong marker?). So this has his signature TWICE.
